SkilledChildren.com makes no guaranty or promise regarding the Website or Service. SkilledChildren.com does not guarantee that using this Website or Service will lead to acceptance into any particular program or school, increase any scores, overcome any obstacles into acceptance into any such programs, or achieve any other results. Nothing contained in this Website or in any written or oral communications from SkilledChildren.com or its employees or agents shall be construed to make any promise, covenant, warranty, or guaranty, all of which are explicitly disclaimed hereby, contrary to the statements and disclaimers contained in this paragraph.

Limitation on Time to File Claims: ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE WEBSITE MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES, OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
