The Olsat arithmetic reasoning questions focus primarily on numerical reasoning and logic. The student is required to listen and solve a problem based on addition, subtraction, fractions, and multiplication. The goal is to assess the child’s numerical ability to infer relationships, compute rules, and predict results.
EXAMPLE
Elena takes 7 eggs to make an omelet, as you can see above the answer line. Then she realizes that 6 eggs are enough and puts 1 egg back in the fridge. 2 eggs fall and break. How many eggs are left?
7–1 = 6; 6-2=4The right answer is B.
